[Order Receipt] How do I get a receipt for my orders?

⚠️ Note

Buyers can request an official receipt or E-invoice from the seller for their order.

 

A receipt confirms your payment. While Shopee doesn’t issue official receipts, you can use the following as proof of purchase based on your payment method:

  • ShopeePay: View your ShopeePay transaction history.

  • Google Pay: Check your Google Pay transaction history.

  • Other Payment Methods: Refer to the Order Confirmation Email (OCE) sent to your Shopee-verified email within 24 hours. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.



Enable Order Updates and Email Notifications in your Shopee App:

Go to the settings ⚙  > Notifications Settings > Email Notifications > Use toggles to enable/disable the Order Updates.
